This trek if you drive from Kathmandu to Shivayala, Bhander start from there, it will take 15 to 18 days to complete this trek although you can do this trek within two weeks by flying to Lukla and fly out from Lukla. Though lodges are available along the way, an camping & teahouse (lodge) trek is recommended, as all the cooks in lodges are not aware often, therefore you will feel stomach problem! Healthy food, makes your holiday successful so our hygiene cooks always take great care with your food. Trekking duration: 13 nights 14 days
